Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world.
Sesame contains vitamins from B, E groups, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, iron, selenium and calcium.
Used in bakery and confectionary, candy making and other food industries. Oil from the seed is used in cooking, salad oils, margarine and tahini.

Shelf life: at least 1 ½ years.
